About the project

Amundis, an interactive TV company based in France, needed a demo user interface production to showcase their newly developed 3D graphic engine. To keep this in the context of Television services, Live5 created a 3D world with an innovative approach to an Electronic Program Guide, Video on Demand service, Personal TV library and Zapping functionalities, all with the focus to emphasise the 3D interaction possibilties of the engine. The user interface was demonstrated at the 2010 IBC (International Broadcast Convention in Amsterdam. More info on www.ibc.org) and received very positive feedback and was claimed to be the 3D user interface demo of this years show.
